It was so HOT here a couple of weeks ago that a bush in our backyard actually caught on FIRE! Jeez! Isn't it about time for Fall?

SO READY for fall! I'd swap you cooler weather for rain, but we're still in the 90's here, too! With way too much humidity!
I love summer, but I am really ready for fall myself. Not winter.. I HATE WINTER, but fall yes. Some of my plants got burnt too. Did you think you had the burning bush in your yard? Haha!
OMG! I can't believe your bushes caught fire...and so close to your house! Did you notice this after the fact, or did you have to put the fire out yourself? Thank goodness it didn't go further than it did! Wow. Yeah, I am SO ready for Fall, too...it can't get here fast enough!
The fire went out on it's own--thank God, but we were still like, "???" :o) Oh well, there's a cool front this week, so we'll chalk it up to a good blog pic--ha ha ha!
